Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including the original shipping costs.

Only the cost of returning the product from your address to our online store is at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Exchange / Return Procedure

• Send your exchange or return request by email or by post within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order number, the product concerned, the condition of the product, and the reason for return.

• Once we have received your request, we will send you a confirmation. The product must be returned within 3 working days after the withdrawal notification.

• Return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.

• The buyer is responsible for any damage occurring during transport.

• To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be complete and in its original condition

  • The product must be clean

  • The product must not have been installed

  • The product must not have been assembled or disassembled (the seal must be intact)

  • Barcodes and/or registration codes must not be removed or unreadable

  • The product must be returned with the original manual and accessories

Return Address

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice and a statement (such as the completed model withdrawal form) indicating that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, to:
